- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could rate this company any lower, I would. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. After giving at least 3 different people my change of address, they continued to mail everything to my old, incorrect address so I never received any of my bills. This of course messed up my account and I had to jump through a ton of hoops to get my account reactivated. I finally got fed up with them and told them I was cancelling my account. I was told that the cancellation was taken care of only to receive a new insurance card in the mail months later. Clearly my account was not cancelled! These are the most incompetent and frustrating people, I would never recommend this company to anyone.April 03, 2017by Andrea Korman
