- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First off, the lady that calls you about the appointments is just plain rude.. one time she called to confirm an appointment with my fiancé, he told her he had to cancel and she flat out told him that he HAS to go and he WILL be there. Went in for a cleaning and exam and the hygienist was not very friendly either. When the dentist came in and did my exam he noticed one of my back molars were wiggly. He couldnt take xrays because i was pregnant and proceeded to tell me (with no evidence) that i most likely had bone disease from past years of smoking and that i would loose all my teeth on my lower left jaw. I left their office crying that day! I was freaking out and 7 months pregnant! Come to find out (from another office) it was loose from impacted wisdom teeth.
