  Eileen is magical! Her OMT service is just what I need as an active athlete. I recommend her to all my friends and students. Her staff though is a different story... It took me two months to get in for my first appointment. The first time I walked in the receptionist argued with me that I messed up my appointment date and that it was supposed to be a week later. I didn't mess up. She couldn't reschedule me for another month later. After that, during the check-out and scheduling a follow up, the receptionist wrote the wrong date on the card she gave me. Luckily I noticed it before driving away and confirmed the right date.

  Dr Eileen was referred by a friend for shin pain in my legs. In my first appointment I was made to wait for over half an hour and I happily cooperated. On the day of the follow up appointment I had an emergency at work and called to let the staff know that am on my way. They were rude and told me they would schedule me for another day. I asked if this reschedule would be charged the $45 copay and they said they could not give me any answer. I rushed to the clinic only to met with an extremely rude staff. Two days later I got a mail saying dr nugent was discontinuing my treatment. Her treatment was ineffective anyways but I thought I should give her a chance before being dismissive. I would never recommend her services to anyone after this experience. I also cannot imagine a doctor without any empathy for her patients. If anything that benefited me was my focus on self healing and exercise. Goodbye the worst doc experience I ever had.
